i put a little calendar thingy for us to keep track of staffing on the 
library part of the lava wiki:  
http://lavazone.org/wiki/index.php/Library. I also added a line to what 
gets added to messages over the listserv so it's easier to find.

you need to make an account, then you can click on a date and add 
yourself if you want to take on staffing that day.
