We invite you to a scrumptious fundraiser brunch to support community radio throughout the hemisphere.  

When:  Sunday, September 7th, 2008:  10am-1pm
Where:  Fancy House: 4951 Catherine St.
Who:  All are invited, Kids eat for free!

We will be serving generous portions of huevos rancheros with fresh home-made salsa, tofu scramble in a mole sauce with warm tortillas, fruit, juice and coffee.  The event will also include a Multi-media presentation by Maka Muñoz about Palabra Radio and community radio from NY to Oaxaca to Chile.

Palabra Radio is a technical support network for community radio stations throughout the country.  All money raised at this event will go towards purchasing equipment and materials for community radio workshops in the Americas.

Also, don't miss out on $3 Mimosas and the Fabulous W.Philly basket that will be raffled off!

p.s. if you would like to come but don't have cash...c'mon over and donate your labor instead.  We could use a hand with washing dishes, setting up, serving, and cleaning.  Thanks
